26a Off/On is a project about playing with the sometimes delicate balance that exists between public and private space. A project about catching the public. Trapping them in an excessive flood of light. Claiming public space with my private light whilst simultaneously transforming my bedroom into a vision for
the public.

A movie set for public viewing. My private light triggered by a passerby’s presence in front of my bedroom window. My bedroom becomes unnaturally lit. Disproportionately bright. The quality of light calling
into question its intentions.

Material/dimensions: a motion sensor and three 5000 watt flood-
lights, clean windows / 4m by 8m
